Sales Development Team Lead

Trademo, a Global Supply Chain Intelligence SaaS Company, is headquartered in Palo-Alto, US. Our platform collects public and private data on global trade transactions, sanctioned parties, trade tariffs, ESG, and other events using proprietary algorithms. We analyze and process billions of data points (50Tb+) using technologies like Graph Databases, Vector Databases, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, NLP, and Machine Learning (LLMs) to provide end-to-end visibility on global supply chains.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. You will conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training. You will design and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly quotas. You will collaborate with marketing to refine target audience and messaging, ensuring alignment on campaigns. You will utilize CRM tools to track lead progress, gather insights, and generate reports on team performance.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas. You should have strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. You should be proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
