About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled developer to create and maintain automation flows using Power Automate or Logic Apps.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain flows for data synchronization, ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures
  • Build automation to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with other systems
  • Support development of dashboards for tracking performance metrics (e.g., SLA compliance)
  • Maintain documentation for all created flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational flow compliance

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Bonus: experience with Jira or Service Management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
