Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation workflows using various tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.

You will work closely with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions that drive the most impact. Additionally, you will develop a centralized automation library, including templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using no-code and low-code tools.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
  • Develop smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units.
  • Work with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions.
  • Perform development logic when needed for custom scripts or advanced integrations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring.
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems.
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Strong documentation habits.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
