Technical Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Developer to fill this position.

This role is based in Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Noida and requires at least three days of office work per week.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming business requirements into application code
  • Documenting application specifications
  • Conducting code reviews and aligning solutions to architectural specifications
  • Providing technical support and guidance to cross-functional resources
  • Collaborating with development team members to ensure proper implementation and deployment of solutions
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex application issues
  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT as a software developer
  • Knowledge in Oracle Application Modules Revenue Management & Billing, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, and iExpenses & iProcurement
  • Experience working with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS and integrated systems
  • Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script
  • Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Bursting, Forms
  • Ability to work on CEMLI (RICE)
  • Experience in Oracle Workflow and Business Events and Bursting
  • WebADI and Oracle Application Framework
  • Performance Tuning
  • SCM tools GitHub, ADO
  • Expertise in other programming languages such as Java, Python (preferred)
  • Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices
  • Experience in various project methodologies such as Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum, and Agile
