Building Information Modeling Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Structural BIM Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of our building information modeling (BIM) projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. They will be responsible for assisting the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan, including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist project teams in delivering client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
- Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
- Prepare drawing packages and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop technical capability of BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of 400 and 500.
- Coordinate and develop designs through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
- Manage 3D models, review model quality, and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
- Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
- Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
- Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
- Autodesk Revit.
- Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Navisworks.
- Dynamo.
- Recap.
