Job Title: Growth Manager

Growth and Expansion Opportunities

  • Drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
  • Ensure consistent communication and engagement with clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Take ownership of expansion strategies in designated regions (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).
  • Work on onboardinig new clients (colleges & universities) and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Lead the onboardinig process of new educational institutions.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services.
  • Support institutions during initial stages of adoption.
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure all information is updated and accurate.
  • Handle client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
