Job Title:
Junior HR Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Junior HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions. This role will play a vital part in shaping the workplace culture at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires
- HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication
- Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations
- Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture
- Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale
- Internal Communication & PR
- Help manage the company's internal communication channels
- Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives
- Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools
- Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized
- Willingness to work the required shift
