Role Overview:

The Business Intelligence Center of Enablement (BI COE) is a key part of the Data & Analytics organization. The BI COE is a group of expert professionals whose mission is to instill a data-driven decision-making culture. You will be a key member of this team, leading the development of KPIs, dashboards, foundational insights, and visualizations that drive a focus on results, execution, speed, and learning.

You are an experienced data professional, able to work with minimal oversight, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and take ownership of deliverables end-to-end. Critical to your success in this role is your ability to work with large volumes of data, bring simplicity to complex situations, and develop insightful analyses that tell a story, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, think strategically, and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way.

Responsibilities:

  1. · Design, build, and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics
  1. · Create dashboards and KPIs to show business performance
  1. · Build data visualizations that tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers
  1. · Monitor and tune BI tools to ensure optimum level of performance
  1. · Drive business changes through foundational data insights
  1. · Invent new ways to analyze data to identify trends and gaps to drive improvements in various business areas
  1. · Interface with cross-functional teams to build centralized tools that allow for rapid anomaly detection
  1. · Partner with data engineers and data analysts to deliver foundational insights at scale that meet data visualization best practices
  1. · Analyze and synthesize large data sets across multiple inputs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • · Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or related discipline.
  • · 5+ years' experience as a data/business analyst or business intelligence developer/analytics engineer
  • · Proficiency with data querying and data modeling using advanced SQL and/or Python
  • · Proficiency in modern data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, and/or Looker
  • · Proficiency in analytic data pipeline tools such as Python, Airflow, DBT, Talend, etc.
  • · Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • · Ability to effectively gather information from multiple sources
  • · Experience in automated self-service reporting/dashboarding tools
  • · Understanding of data visualization best practices
  • · Confidence in dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • · Ability to operate independently and successfully in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
