About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Strategic Intelligence Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have 8-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence, with expertise in one or two therapy areas and a deep understanding of the global pharmaceutical environment.
As a key member of our team, you will lead multiple projects, managing teams of 3-4 professionals to deliver high-quality insights and analysis to our clients. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to grasp complex problems, see the big picture, and conceptualize innovative solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your exceptional writing and comprehension abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities- Lead multiple CI projects, managing teams of 3-4 professionals to deliver high-quality insights and analysis to clients.
- Prepare execution plans with milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop in-depth analysis of key competitors' strategies, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Manage conference coverage, including pre-conference planning, in-conference reporting, and post-conference reporting.
- Deliver presentations of findings to clients onsite or through teleconference.
- Build and update process protocols and delivery frameworks to bring efficiencies.
- Mentor junior team members in multi-dimensional roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 8-11 years of pharmaceutical competitive intelligence experience.
- Expertise in one or two therapy areas.
- Deep understanding of the global pharmaceutical environment and challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to grasp complex problems and conceptualize innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), pharmaceutical databases (Citeline, Trial Trove, Factiva), and other relevant tools.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated salary range). Travel up to 10-20% may be required.
