Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media channels and digital campaigns.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts, create storyboards, and develop creative briefs aligning with brand goals.
- Design motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and increase engagement.
- Adapt video formats, lengths, and styles for various social media platforms, following the latest trends and best practices.
- Ensure all video content aligns with The Lakhani Group's brand guidelines, messaging, and audience expectations.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute multimedia campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and video editing advancements, recommending innovative ideas to keep content fresh and competitive.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation, preferably for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing tools.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and video aesthetics.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for video content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Commitment to delivering polished and high-quality video content.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adjust content for various audiences, platforms, and trends quickly and effectively.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
