  5. Lead client connect calls and maintain open communication regarding any roadblocks or changes.
  6. Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that meets service level agreements.

  • Proven work experience in an HR talent acquisition lead/manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
