Agile Team Facilitator

The role of Agile Team Facilitator is a crucial position within our organization, focusing on the effective facilitation and leadership of Agile teams. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for guiding teams towards maturing and optimizing their Agile execution methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Catalyzes activities of the project team to ensure seamless collaboration and progress
  • Coordinates necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines while considering risk factors
  • Ensures project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes through active monitoring
  • Evaluates scope and impact of project risks and issues in a proactive manner
  • Provides timely resolution to identified issues
  • Applies expertise in concepts and procedures related to IT project leadership to resolve complex issues effectively
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals
  • Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations

We seek a candidate with 8-12 years of total experience, including 5 years in an IT project program leadership role. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required, and Scrum Master certification is highly valued. Additionally, negotiation skills with external parties are essential.
