This role focuses on optimizing revenue streams, ensuring accurate pricing, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and revenue forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Ensure property listings are accurate and up to date.
- Support in maintaining rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design/marketing teams for uploading new property photos and content.
- Monitor guest reviews and ratings, ensuring timely responses, and escalate feedback to operations teams.
- Work closely with OTA account managers for promotions, tactical campaigns, and visibility offers.
- Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth booking operations.
Requirements:
