Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring seamless operations.

  • Domain experience of 2 years in the Manufacturing Industry, with a focus on streamlining business processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • SAP SD Configuration and Support Experience of around 2 years, with a deep understanding of Order to Cash processes and their impact on overall business performance.
  • Expertise in Pricing, Billing, credit management, Sales document processing, API integration, EDI, and Tax Determination.
  • Sound knowledge of SD related areas, including Org Structure, STO, Account Determination, Mass Data changes, Output determination, Consignments, and 3rd Party Sales process Invoicing.
  • Ability to read and interpret ABAP code for simple defect resolution or enhancement.
  • Collaborative skills to work with ABAP developers on complex problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD related tables and experience with BDC & LSMW.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing, and S/4 HANA environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point, as well as willingness to learn Z-Customization Processes and third-party applications.
  • Integration knowledge with MM, PP, and FICO is highly desirable.
