Digital Transformation Expert

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will lead the analysis and optimization of digital technologies, systems, and data to drive business growth and performance.

This role involves collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

You will leverage your expertise in digital/IT policies and software knowledge to develop and implement effective digital strategies that enhance business agility and competitiveness.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating digital tools and supporting digital transformation initiatives
  • Providing insights through data analysis to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital transformation or analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
