Job Title

Business Development and Legal Advisory Services

This role is responsible for supporting business teams in drafting, vetting, and negotiating agreements related to business development, international business, trusts, and other activities. The successful candidate will advise on and structure agreements to align with the company's interests and ensure that necessary statutory compliances are in place.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and drafting skills. They should be able to work independently and have influence across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, structuring, and negotiating agreements in line with business understanding and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Reviewing statutory compliances at various locations and suggesting remedial measures.
  • Advising stakeholders on various issues and providing general legal support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LL.B./LL.M. degree
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the business
  • Detail-oriented with good judgment and sound risk-mitigating skills
