Deputy Operations Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive impactful experiences, and strengthen talent capability through program design, execution, and engagement.
- Program Management: End-to-end ownership of leadership development and capability-building programs, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and impact measurement.
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: Confidently anchor sessions, moderate panels, and represent in leadership forums.
- Content Design & Development: Create and adapt high-quality learning content, decks, toolkits, and program communication in line with business needs in collaboration with partners.
- LMS & Digital Learning: Manage and promote LMS usage, track engagement, and generate insights and measures to improve adoption.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted interventions.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's in HR / Organisational Psychology / Learning & Development preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in roles or a mix of HRBP + CoE (preferred).
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
