Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage day-to-day administration for SAN and storage environments. This includes collaborating with customer storage support teams, participating in problem-solving and troubleshooting, and supporting the design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of SAN and storage environments, including collaboration with customer storage support teams, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for storage infrastructure.
  • Help maintain systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure.
  • Track existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth.
  • Maintain storage documentation, procedures, and reporting.
  • Provide Storage Area Network Configuration and Administration.
  • Perform capacity analysis; analyze performance data and trends.
  • Responsible for tracking existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above.
  • Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
