Job Profile:

  • Collect customer payments by following up with customers and resolving issues related to invoices.
  • Liaise with hotel teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Monitor outstanding ledger balances and incoming payments to minimize accounts receivable outstanding balance.
  • Coordinate with hotels and customers to reconcile customer accounts and obtain annual balance confirmations.
  • Responsible for compiling group billing and ensuring timely accounting for collections.

Candidate Profile:

  • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with members and their offices.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable departments of hotels.
