We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, report preparation, and team management.

**Job Description:**

The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for managing data functions, including data reconciliation, analysis, and report preparation. This will involve ensuring accurate data collection, collation, and uploading of client and policy information into the portal on time. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop reports as per business requirements using various Excel tools, conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis on large datasets, and monitor team performance to improve and mentor.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree from any background with General Insurance certifications being an advantage. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the General Insurance industry is required, preferably handling data management portals. Strong communication skills, MS-Office proficiency, Team Management, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.
