The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI and software development, coupled with excellent project management skills, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, incorporating risk assessments and budget projections
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless solution design and implementation
  • Facilitate open communication channels among project teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution
