Project Lead - AI Initiative

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven product and platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of AI/ML product and platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to align project timelines, expectations, and scope.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure on-time, in-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments for leadership.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM from top-tier B-Schools (mandatory).
  • 2-6 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
