Job Description

As a skilled software engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing AI models using clean, efficient code. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets, ensuring quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience, strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), knowledge of Node.js or NestJS, and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). They will also possess a background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices, as well as solid knowledge of Docker.

  • Evaluate Performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-Tune Models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensure Quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
