Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our global AI policy initiatives. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in AI research and development.

This 3-month internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to research projects, work with a team of experts, and develop valuable skills in AI policy, data analysis, and project management.

  • Conduct research on AI adoption trends, regulatory frameworks, and industry developments.
  • Analyze data, summarize insights, and present findings in reports and presentations.
  • Support ongoing research projects across strategy, governance, ecosystems, and capital flows.
  • Track updates on AI regulations, market trends, and industry news.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in workshops, discussions, and stakeholder meetings (virtually and in Chennai).
  • Assist in preparing research outputs, publications, and presentations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current enrollment in Public Policy, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Interest in AI, technology policy, or enterprise strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings in Chennai.
