Job Title: AI Researcher

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure accurate and reliable data for model training and evaluation.
  • Model Safety and Fairness: Design and implement evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, bias, and safety.
  • Pipeline Development: Build automated pipelines in Python and SQL to process, tag, and evaluate model outputs.
  • Visualizations and Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations for proof-of-concepts using Streamlit, Dash, or React/JS.
  • API Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate model components into production APIs.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated with AI research, emerging tools, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in data science, applied ML, or LLM-based applications.
  • Programming Skills: Strong Python skills and experience writing SQL for data exploration or feature engineering.
  • NLP and Deep Learning: Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning (CNN/RNN/Transformers), and LLM architectures.
  • LLM Experience: Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, LLM APIs, and vector stores.
  • Model Evaluation: Experience with model evaluation, red-teaming, or safety interventions in NLP/LLM systems.
  • Production Deployment: Familiarity with deploying ML pipelines in production and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
