Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our AI Agents platform.

About the Role:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, React, and TypeScript, as well as expertise in FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI Agents to support various use cases across the organization.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure product excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar development role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Strong commitment to automated testing (unit and functional tests).
  • Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
