Showroom Manager Position Overview

The Showroom Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of retail operations. Key responsibilities include managing the retail experience centre efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Timely execution of stock and sample audits
  • Maintenance of high-level housekeeping and hygiene standards
  • Visual Merchandising standards
  • Attendance to customer queries and complaints
  • Timely reporting to the retail operations team
  • Maintenance of operation checklists
  • Sales support and order closure

For this dynamic role, we seek an individual with 6-12 months of retail experience and at least 1 year of store management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential. Experience in the Furniture and Home Decor industry is preferred.

This position requires working 6 days a week, with Tuesday off. The Showroom Manager will work closely with the retail operations team to ensure seamless showroom operations.
