Job Description:

As a seasoned retail operations expert, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead functional workshops, analyze business requirements, and configure customized solutions for Point of Sale systems.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with D365 POS, a strong understanding of retail business processes, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Configure and Customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules.
  • Provide End-to-End Support during implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay Updated on Microsoft's Roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The selected candidate will be required to have proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail, a strong understanding of retail business processes, and hands-on experience with D365 POS.

They must also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with stakeholders and ensure solutions align with business goals.
