Advanced AI Systems Architect

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs for enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deploy large-scale AI/ML pipelines using cloud platforms.
  2. Build, fine-tune, and deploy transformer models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.).
  3. Contribute to AI/ML best practices, research, and open-source initiatives.
  4. Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI & LLMs.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Hands-on experience with multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech integration).
  • Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, fairness, privacy, and governance.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects are highly desirable.
