About the Role

We're seeking a skilled
Python/NLP Engineer
to build an
end-to-end Document Parsing & Information Extraction System
. The role focuses on
PDF/table parsing, LLM-based information extraction, and RAG architectures
for scalable retrieval. You'll design pipelines that can handle
large documents
and deliver structured outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize
    PDF parsing pipelines
    (text + tables).
  • Implement
    RAG architectures
    using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.
  • Integrate
    embeddings & vector databases
    (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
  • Build APIs/scripts to export structured outputs (Excel, CSV, JSON).
  • Optimize performance for
    large, multi-hundred-page PDFs
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python (3+ years)
    .
  • Exposure to building
    LLM Agents
    .
  • Hands-on with
    PDF parsing libraries
    (PyMuPDF, pdfplumber, Camelot, Tabula).
  • Experience with
    NLP/LLMs
    (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Knowledge of
    vector databases
    (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with
    regex + hybrid rule-based/ML extraction
    .
  • Skilled in
    structured data extraction from tables
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Pandas/Excel automation
    .
  • (Bonus)
    Domain knowledge in
    tenders/government e-procurement
    .

Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience in
    document AI pipelines
    or
    enterprise RAG solutions
    .
  • Ability to
    optimize speed & memory
    for large-scale parsing.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset: blend of
    rule-based + AI methods
    .
  • Independent worker who delivers
    production-grade software
    .
