  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Help streamline communication channels between teams and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and information exchange.
  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks, demonstrating proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
