  •     We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Odoo Consulting efforts.

  •     Key Responsibilities
">
  1. ">
  2. Design and facilitate workshops for clients to gather business requirements and understand their processes within and outside Odoo.">
  3. Analyze gaps in current systems, draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.">
  4. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless translation of business needs into technical solutions.">
  5. Evaluate the cost-benefit analysis of changes requested by users.">
  6. Implement an effective change management system that balances usability and documentation.">
  7. Recommend process improvements using standard Odoo functionalities, prioritizing minimal customization.">
  8. Develop training materials, user guides, and video tutorials to enable client teams to effectively use delivered solutions.">
  9. Conduct end-user training, demos, go-live support, and handovers.">
  10. Travel to client sites as required for on-ground process mapping and workshops.">
  11. Own projects and ensure timely delivery.">
  12. Resolve problematic functionality issues swiftly.">
  13. Thoroughly test functionality in both live and staging areas, identifying risks and mitigating them for problem-free deployments.">

  •     Requirements
">
  1. ">
  2. Minimum 6 years of Odoo functional consulting experience, with expertise in Odoo 17.">
  3. Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, MRP, and HR.">
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  5. Willingsness to travel internationally.">
  6. Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of client projects.">
  7. Knowledge and experience in creating training manuals, SOPs, and other documentation to instruct software users.">
  8. At least 3 years of project management experience.">

  2. Odoo Certification is beneficial.">
  3. Prior experience working with European or US clients.">
  4. Experience with business process re-engineering.">
  5. Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or services domains.">

  2. Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Working from home with regular meet-ups).">
