Job Title: Business Process Specialist

Job Description:

As a business process specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate their digital transformation journey. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the document and giving inputs in solution design based on your area of expertise. You will also plan activities, configure products as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.

Furthermore, you will conduct solution product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Technology) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organizational financial guidelines. Actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability. Good knowledge of software configuration management systems, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Primary skills include technology expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant Microsoft technologies. Preferred skills include Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Technologies, and other relevant skills.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BSc, BCA, MSc, or MTech from a recognized institution.
