  • Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends to inform future strategies.
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email or video calls to ensure their social media authority is maintained.
