Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day project activities to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute day-to-day project activities to ensure timely deliveries
  2. Handle file engineering, vendor search, onboarding, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  3. Conduct quality checks at various project stages to maintain accuracy and standards

Leadership & Team Supervision

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead and manage assigned team members to ensure efficient execution. You will monitor and guide the team to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Problem Solving & Quality Assurance

You will identify and resolve issues during project execution and ensure the delivery of high-quality localization services consistently.

Platform Compliance & Process Enforcement

In this role, you will ensure proper usage of PMS and FMS throughout project lifecycle. You will enforce adherence to internal processes and documentation standards.

Client & Vendor Relations

You will support account managers during client escalation calls and provide backend support. You will build rapport with linguist vendors and address any concerns or operational issues.

Reporting & Documentation

As a Project Coordinator, you will create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for reporting managers. You will keep all project-related data updated and well-documented.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the localization industry or project management roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in vendor management and client coordination
  • Familiarity with project management tools and localization platforms is preferred
