Project Manager - Solid Waste Management Core Responsibilities Liaison with the CSR Partner Urban Local Body and various stakeholders of the project To ensure End - to End Municipal Solid Waste processing at the selected rural villages which includes Daily Door to Door collection transportation processing training and capacity building to the sanitary workers Green Friends and conduct various IEC awareness activities in the project location Creating Value Propositions and Obtain the Required Permissions from the Administration at every Stage of the Project Implementation Planning and Accomplishment of Quarterly Milestones Targets with Team to deliver requirements from Administration Identifying potential partners and establishing alignment with all stakeholders Documenting results of on-ground activities Daily Responsibilities Conduct Project Update and Strategy Meetings to update the achievements achieved and challenges faced during the Project Build Rapport Obtain Buy-ins of the CSR partner and ULB to effectively Streamline Waste Management activities Create Daily Plan and Targets for Team to achieve Weekly Monthly and Stage Targets and sharing visibility of implementation across the team Conduct Daily Debriefs with the Team Members to obtain update on Targets achieved challenges faced by the Team and Plan mitigation strategies Mobilize and Leverage Stakeholder Networks of Local Community People Commercial establishments and Influencers to have effective Project Impact and Outreach Implement IEC and outreach program across the villages Preparing and conducting capacity-building programs for the team Managing daily financial transactions and maintaining compliance with HO Creating detailed documentation of all project-related collateral and updates to be shared Preparing presentations for client and internal team alignment Qualification Graduation across any field or course post-graduation in any field of Social Sciences or MBA in Rural Management 5 years of experience Management of Solid Waste Management Projects Written and Oral Proficiency of Hindi and English Mandatory Advanced Operations of Microsoft Office Stakeholder Management Government Liasoning Knowledge in Solid Waste Management Project Team Management Documentation Presentation skills Contact R Sabrikanth - Chief Manger Projects Hand in Hand Inclusive Development and Services Mobile 91 8056017811 Email sabari hhids org Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Yearly bonus Education Master s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8056017811
