Project Manager

Greenvent Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager Sheet Metal Fabrication Pre engineering building to oversee all production activities within the company The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule reviewing and verifying designs cross-examining design details preparing and checking Bills of Quantity and ensuring material availability Additionally the Production Manager will prepare detailed production reports on a project-wise and monthly basis The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail Production Management Oversee All Production Activities Supervise and manage the entire production process from start to finish ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time Develop and implement detailed production schedules prioritizing tasks to meet strict project deadlines Coordinate with the project management team to align production goals with overall project timelines ensuring seamless integration between departments Design Review and Verification Review and Verify Design Documents Conduct thorough reviews and verifications of design documents to ensure accuracy feasibility and adherence to project specifications Perform cross-examinations of design details identifying potential issues and collaborating with the design team to resolve them promptly Bill of Quantity BoQ Preparation Prepare and Check Bills of Quantity Accurately prepare and verify Bills of Quantity to ensure all required materials are accounted for and available for production processes Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department to maintain optimal stock levels preventing any delays in production due to material shortages Quality Control Implement and Maintain Quality Control Procedures Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency Address and resolve any production issues or discrepancies that arise implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence Reporting Prepare Detailed Production Reports Generate comprehensive production reports on a project-wise and monthly basis detailing key metrics performance indicators and achievements Analyse production data to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for optimizing production processes Present production performance reports to senior management highlighting successes and areas needing attention Team Leadership Lead and Supervise the Production Team Provide strong leadership and supervision to the production team offering guidance training and support as needed Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment encouraging team members to meet production targets and exceed expectations Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development Compliance and Safety Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations Ensure all production activities comply with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Management 1 year Required Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9905465237
