Strategic Partnerships Specialist

Hireginie is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive strategic partnerships with medical professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Overview:This position involves leading our engagement with key doctors and healthcare professionals in partner hospitals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage with key stakeholders, including senior doctors, medical directors, and department heads.
- Present research findings and medical trial data to healthcare professionals, highlighting the impact on patient safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL engagement strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Travel extensively, up to or exceeding 15 days per month, to meet with key stakeholders and represent the company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Medical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma.
- 5+ years of experience in KOL management, healthcare engagement, or similar roles, preferably with extensive experience working with doctors and hospitals.
- Prior experience in presenting research findings and medical trial data, with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital operations.
- Proven expertise in engaging with doctors on research findings and medical trial data, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively, up to or exceeding 15 days per month.
