Job Title: Information Security Leader

Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead the design, integration, and support of customer identity solutions using Okta's Customer Identity Cloud. This role focuses on secure authentication, application onboarding, and troubleshooting identity-related issues across B2C/B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage authentication/authorization policies.
  • Troubleshoot login failures, access issues, MFA configurations, and policy violations.
  • Maintain and update integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and identity gateways.
  • Analyze incident trends and recommend improvements.
  • Lead application onboarding: gather requirements, build/test/deploy integrations, validate access, and manage go-live signoffs.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning and coordination with stakeholders for onboarding to Okta and EntraID.
Required Skills:
  • A strong grasp of CIAM concepts and Okta CIAM (Auth0).
  • Expertise in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2.0, SCIM, and MFA.
  • Experience with web/mobile app integration and API security.
  • Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for automation.
  • Preferably familiar with DevSecOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Okta Certified Professional / Consultant certification

    Additionally, the candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
