Information Security Leader

As a seasoned Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of our organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS). This involves streamlining existing processes and leading the way in adopting industry-standards such as ISO 27001.

  • Develop and maintain ISMS policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document security protocols.
  • Lead certification readiness initiatives including internal audits and corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training programs to employees on information security best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Support incident response planning and execution.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence required for audits and certification processes.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive risk register.
  • Coordinate external audit activities.
  • Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies.
  • Perform regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure secure configuration and hardening of IT infrastructure.
  • Support data classification and protection initiatives.
  • Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
