About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the security vision and strategy for our organization, protecting our information assets and technologies against internal and external threats.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on our security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of our information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
