Chief Information Security Strategist

This senior leadership position oversees the company's global information security strategy and execution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Global Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with global information security leadership to align regional teams with the company's business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of information security professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Application & Cloud Security: Provide strategic oversight for adoption of security best practices in software development and cloud security initiatives.
- Security Operations: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for the company's global SaaS platform and corporate computing resources.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure activities meet industry standards and regulations, maintaining a strong risk management framework.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key executive representative, fostering collaboration between global and local teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in information security, with at least 8 years in an information security leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications: A proven track record in developing and implementing effective security strategies, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
