Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our organization's technology strategy and implement cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The successful candidate will also be responsible for infrastructure strategy, cloud adoption, compliance, disaster recovery, vendor management, and leading a team of infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
    • Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting
    • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
