Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to lead our auditing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough internal audit reviews of various business areas.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessments.
  • Analyze financial documentation, reports, and process flowcharts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
  • Ensure timely completion of audit plans and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) or 5-6 years (Manager) of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
  • Certifications such as CA/CPA.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
