Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – Fullstack AI

Location: Remote (India)

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of scalable AI-powered applications. This role combines Fullstack development with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML expertise.

The ideal candidate will lead system design, development, and deployment of secure and high-performing AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end development of AI-powered applications (backend, frontend, and AI integration).
  • Building and integrating LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
  • Developing APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Crafting modern, interactive UIs with React.js / Next.js.
  • Working with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing.
  • Deploying solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Applying ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentoring team members, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years in Fullstack Development + AI/ML.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of AI safety, explainability (LIME, SHAP).
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior leadership of AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
