Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI architect to design and implement industrial-grade AI systems that transform complex data into actionable insights. Your key responsibility will be to craft innovative solutions that enable reliable software creation from messy multilingual data.

  • Production AI Engineering

Requirements:

  • 7+ years building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and strong systems thinking and data modeling.
  • Experience with RAG at scale: vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, evals (faithfulness, coverage, latency).
  • MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience working on large-scale AI projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI architecture, data pipelines, and MLOps.
