What You'll Do:

• Architect End-to-End AI Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of complex AI systems, from data ingestion and processing to model deployment and monitoring, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Problem Solver & Innovator: Proactively identify business challenges and translate them into actionable AI opportunities. Develop innovative and practical AI solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers, ensuring best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Strategic Vision: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new approaches and tools into our solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, and other technical teams to understand requirements, define scope, and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Roadmap & Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and roadmap, identifying key areas for investment and innovation.
• Evaluation & Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on specific project needs and architectural considerations.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in AI solution design and implementation.
• Documentation & Communication: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive architectural documentation and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Bring:

• 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and solution design.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end, production-grade AI solutions that have had a significant business impact.
• Deep expertise in various AI/ML domains, including (but not limited to) Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Recommender Systems, etc.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience in their AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Expertise in MLOps principles and tools for model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Extensive experience with relevant programming languages such as Python (essential) and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and experience working with large-scale data systems (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, streaming platforms).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to decompose complex problems into manageable architectural components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. (Ph.D. is a plus).
