We have grown multi-fold since our inception, with a growing community of over 10 lakh women and a vision to fuel the D2C revolution through deep consumer insights and investments in technology.
About the RoleAs a Product Marketing Executive, you will lead marketing initiatives for Nua's D2C channel, driving engagement, repeat purchases, and positioning the website as the preferred shopping destination.
- Develop feature positioning and messaging to increase awareness, adoption, and repeat purchases.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct user research to optimize marketing efforts and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with feature positioning.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption rate, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage data to refine messaging and campaigns.
Product Marketing Expertise: 2+ years of experience in consumer product marketing with a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies.
Experience in B2C brands, preferably D2C.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to lead cross-functional alignment and develop detailed GTM strategies from concept to launch.
Consumer Insights: Experience in using data and research to craft user personas and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Messaging and Positioning: Strong ability to develop compelling narratives for diverse user segments.
Analytical Skills: Ability to define and track KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
