Our approach involves co-creating products with our community and leveraging deep consumer insights to drive technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Regional Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing leaders and category managers to design regional marketing calendars.
- Implement Regional Initiatives: Translate strategies into quarterly/monthly calendars of digital and on-ground initiatives, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Track Performance and Outcomes: Monitor input and output metrics, analyzing outcomes against defined objectives.
- Consumer Insights Expertise: Stay up-to-date on regional social and cultural trends, representing these insights within the organization.
- Ability to work across functional teams, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Action-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude.
