Business Development Consultant

At Actio Service Provider Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new sellers onto our e-commerce platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who can help us grow our seller base and increase our market share. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential sellers, and onboarding them onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Seller Acquisition: Identify and acquire new sellers for our e-commerce platform through various marketing channels and strategies.
- Onboarding: Provide excellent customer service to new sellers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and helping them to set up their online stores.
- Catalog Management: Assist sellers in uploading and managing their product catalogs on our platform.
- Order Fulfillment: Help sellers with order processing and fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
- 0.5-1 year of experience in sales or B2B onboarding.
- Regional language proficiency.
- Basic understanding of virtual meeting platforms, such as Google Meet or Zoom.
Compensation: Our compensation structure is based on three components: Registration targets (40%), Cataloging targets (40%), and First Order Delivered targets (20%). If you meet all the targets, you will be eligible for a payout of INR 25,000. Additionally, we will provide INR 5,000 per month for conveyance, prorated to your attendance.
Bonus Payout: If you exceed your targets on any component, you will be eligible for a bonus payout. The bonus payout will be given in proportion to the amount you exceed your target.
